Program Withdrawal Form

Canadore College is committed to your success, and we offer a range of services to support you in remaining at the college. We recognize students encounter many challenges which may prevent you from successfully focusing on your studies (example program choices, financial, personal).

Be sure you are aware of the dates and deadlines regarding withdrawals. The completed form must be received before the "Last Day to Withdraw from a Program with partial refund" date to qualify for any refunds.

Program Withdrawal Form

The withdrawal form is for students who are withdrawing from their full-time program. By submitting the Program Withdrawal Form, you will be initiating the withdrawal process. Please note: in order to receive a partial refund, you must complete and submit the Program Withdrawal Form no later than 11:59pm on the 10th day of classes.

This field, once selected, will notify Financial Aid that they can now begin on their Withdrawal tasks for this particular student.
This field, when selected, will trigger an email from Financial Aid to Canadore Finance to Financial Aid to notify them of next steps.
